Roles and Responsibilities Ensure the alignment of the training and development plan to the strategic objectives and priorities of the company.
END TO END CORE HR ACTIVITIES Employee relations To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback recommendations to the management.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Desired Candidate Profile Good Communication skills both Written and Verbal.
Experienced in adhering to regulatory requirements and meeting performance targets we are looking a Candidate from Andhra Pradesh Location only.
Must be a person of courage who can deliver truth when needed. Minimum 5 years of human resource management experiences. Willing to work in a team and as a team. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Excellent communication and presentations skills a must.
