Job Description
As an Institutional Cash and Trade (ICT) Junior Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in our Institutional Cash Management division, supporting client service and transaction management. You will engage with clients daily on trade finance and cash management products, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to Senior Account Client Owners (ACO) to support client service, managing transactions and communicating with clients daily regarding Trade finance & Cash management products
• Monitor revenue trends via various reporting tools like Salesforce and db Tableau
• Support with the content and presentation quality of relevant client proposals, responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs), and client communications
• Review existing price schemes, conducting profitability analysis, and initiating respective action to ensure that Fixed Income (FI) customer relationships are profitable
