What You Will Do
eLearning Development
• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar.
• Translate business requirements into engaging, learner-centered digital content.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets aligned to adult learning principles.
• Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility.
• Update and maintain existing learning content as systems and processes evolve.
WalkMe / Digital Adoption
• Design and build WalkMe solutions using the WalkMe Builder suite.
• Develop Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and in-app guidance.
• Determine when to use WalkMe versus formal training, job aids, or system enhancements.
• Apply UX principles (progressive disclosure, minimal interruption, user control).
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure solution accuracy and usability.
• Align WalkMe flows with training modules, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration & Optimization
• Partner with Learning, Quality, IT, and business SMEs to validate requirements.
• Conduct basic root cause analysis to identify learning or performance gaps.
• Monitor usage analytics and recommend improvements.
• Support deployments, updates, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.

Skills & Experience
• 4–6 years of experience in eLearning development.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with WalkMe (or similar DAP tools).
• Experience creating SCORM-compliant courses for LMS platforms.
• Experience building WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and ShoutOuts.
• Basic understanding of WalkMe validation rules and error-prevention techniques.
• Familiarity with aligning in-app guidance with structured training programs.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS as applied within eLearning or WalkMe.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced enterprise environments.
