Referrals are welcome #hiring #sme #instructors #trainers #faculty #vfx #animation #graphicdesign #gaming #2d #3d #motiongraphics #design #storyboard #preproduction #maya #premiere #photoshop #illustrator #blender #3dsmax #unreal #unity #nuke #adobe #autodesk Responsibilities · To develop compelling course content and solutions in an understandable and structured format. · Developing course structure & syllabus and delivering course content including course recordings demonstrating Topics, projects, assignments and other deliverables. · Conducting Live classes for multiple batches and other deliverables to detail, based on needs. · Mentoring and advising students on techniques and project development. · Competition analysis with regard to online courses · Staying current with industry trends. · Collaborating with other SME’s and Teams to develop interdisciplinary projects and programs. · Continuously improving course materials and teaching methods to ensure high-quality education for Learners. · Quality management of the content. · Evaluating student work and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. · Mentoring learners and solving their queries Qualifications · In-depth knowledge of the core subjects · experienced artists/ faculty member who has thorough knowledge in the subjects. · A complete working knowledge of all related software. · Strong knowledge of the latest scripts and tools used by the Industry. · Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. Should be comfortable with complete ownership of the content · Exceptional Research & Development skills also teaching experience on how to teach the subject will be an added advantage. · Excellent understanding of various roles and processes involved. · Experience in educational content development in M&E space · Fluency in written and oral English language communication skills · Should have a deep connection to our vision of empowering today’s youth with job-oriented skills
