At The Plucked String, we specialise in teaching all manner of plucked string instruments from around the world.
We are looking for Instrumental Music Teacher to provide in person lessons at our Southbank studio.
We are looking for teachers who feel comfortable teaching beginners on any of the following instruments:
- Sitar
- Turkish Oud
- Arabic Oud
- Mandolin
- Setar
- Pipa
- Zhonruan
- Sanxian
- Shamisen
- Ukelele
Don't see your instrument listed? If you play a plucked string instrument that is not listed, let us know!
We have instruments & method books provided for students to use during the lesson.
Pay is $65 per hour (inclusive of Superannuation) with flexible hours of your own choosing.
All teachers must have an Employee Working With Children Check & Public Liability insurance.
