Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and campaigns to generate leads and build a robust client base.
Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction while aligning with company guidelines.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy renewals.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a significant advantage for connecting with diverse client populations.
Prior experience in insurance sales or benefits administration is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Pay: $54,088.18 - $75,000.00 per year
