Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the appropriate insurance products to meet their needs. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing personalized service and support.
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Conduct outside sales activities, including networking and community engagement, to generate new business.
Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining client records.
Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and schedule appointments.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
Provide ongoing customer service support to existing policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance products to provide accurate information to clients.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in the insurance industry.
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a significant advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information in an understandable manner.
Familiarity with sales techniques such as telemarketing and outside sales strategies is beneficial.
