Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for an Insurance Professional.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing insurance policies, and advising clients on suitable insurance and financial solutions.
Day-to-day tasks include evaluating client needs, assisting with claims, liaising with insurance brokerage partners, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of financial and insurance products.
The role requires effective communication and the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
Understanding of basic Finance principles
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships with professionalism and trust
Problem-solving skills and proactive approach towards resolving customer queries
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business, or a related field
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus
