About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for travelers around the world — helping them navigate one of the most important decisions they make before a trip. As a Travel Insurance Sales Advisor, you'll combine your product knowledge, empathy, and sales instincts to protect people when it matters most.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales for accident and sickness travel insurance, serving Canadian and international travelers, students, diplomats, NGO workers, and expatriates
Assess client needs, calculate premiums, recommend appropriate coverage, and clearly explain benefits, exclusions, and eligibility requirements
Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience
Navigate CRM and multiple online systems simultaneously to process quotes, applications, and confirmations
Support international student policyholders through medical assistance and claims processes, escalating complex cases as needed
Stay current on product updates, promotions, and policy changes
Complete administrative and affiliate tracking tasks during off-peak periods
What You Bring
High School diploma
1–2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or a related field
Active A&S or LLQP license (required)
Bilingual in French and English (required)
Prior customer service experience
Strong computer literacy, fast typing, and confident internet navigation
Composure under pressure, excellent listening skills, and a genuinely warm demeanor
