Integrated Producer

About Co

At Co, we’re fueled by curiosity, guided by purpose, and committed to excellence. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a deep care for our clients, colleagues, and community. If you’re looking for a place to grow, challenge yourself, and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

At Co, production is a strategic partner in the creative process — not a handoff. Our Integrated Producers are problem-solvers, relationship builders, and champions of great work. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to bring ambitious ideas to life, on time and on budget.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented producer ready to grow under senior production leadership.

What You’ll Do

Integrated Production Support

Support the production of integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, print, OOH, and experiential.

Project Coordination

Assist in building timelines, managing deliverables, tracking approvals, and keeping projects on schedule. Lead social productions and manage editorial processes for key clients.

Budget & Resource Support

Support budget development, vendor estimates, and cost tracking under the guidance of senior producers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with creative, account, strategy, and external teams to ensure smooth execution from kickoff through delivery.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and production partners with clear communication and documentation. Track and support renewal negotiations as applicable.

Problem Solving

Flag risks early, adapt to evolving needs, and help find smart solutions to keep work moving forward. Contribute to improving production processes and department efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Production, or related field preferred
3–5 years of production experience in an agency or creative environment
Experience supporting integrated, digital-first campaigns
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and deadlines
Comfort supporting production budgets and estimates
Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset

Values in Action

At Co, how we work matters as much as what we create. You’ll contribute to and embody our core values:

Fueled by Curiosity
Find a Way
Play Offense
Do the Right Thing
Give a Damn
Enjoy the Ride

Why Co

20 PTO days annually + 12 paid holidays
Medical, dental, and vision plans (one fully covered by Co)
401(k) with profit-sharing
Home office stipend + monthly cell and internet allowance
Family & Medical Leave: After state program approval, Co covers the pay gap so employees receive 100% of their regular salary for the 12-week leave period
Hybrid work model based in Seattle
