Position OverviewThe Integration Solution Architect works with stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into integration interfaces and implementations. The Architect will be responsible for developing solutions for fit and scalability, while ensuring that they conform to long-term strategic priorities.The architect will work to define the requirements, principles and models that guide technology services decisions in alignment with strategic IT and enterprise goals. Responsible for defining architecture standards, frameworks and guidelines. Directly participates in the governance process for reviewing specific solutions to assure they are properly leveraging published frameworks and standards. Works closely with other Solution Architects, Engineering teams and Development groups to advocate the value identified in integration modelsKey Responsibilties Evolve and shape the strategy, architecture, platform and standards for the Integration team.Specify and publish standards around Integration Solution Design & Usage Development.Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the integration domain.Takes ownership of integration architecture to solve business problems and generate maximum value for stakeholders.Lead & mentor integration team through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance.Transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications, leveraging loosely coupled integration components/microservices. Secondary Responsibilites Partner with other functions across IT & business to ensure collaboration, consistency and qualityProvide continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technologyMaintain continuous personal learning and development to remain technological relevancy in current and emerging technologies.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications/ Required Skills 10+ years of experience in the enterprise application domain.Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications or related Technology streams.TOGAF + certification.Significant experience in the enterprise application domain (CPG/FMCG industry is preferred).Experience with enterprise integration patterns Deep knowledge of with microservices architecture and API strategy development.Technology knowledge: IBM API / Azure API, Seeburger / EDI.Strong experience in managing third parties such as MSPs & technology provides.Experience on Agile Service Delivery or Agile Methodology.Good to have an experience with Denodo.Strong communication skills and ablily to communicate effectively on technical and business issues both internally and externally.Solid leadership skills are essential.Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual, global and culturaly diverse teams.Ability to work independently, navigate problems, resolve conflicts and bring solutions into the table.Build strong interpersonal relationships and be able to persuade, negotiate and influence for meeting business objectives.Innovative thinker - able to turn customer requirements into workable solutions.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
