We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in architecture, interiors, and construction project management . This role demands leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while serving as the bridge between design, execution, and clients.
Role Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of residential, commercial, and interior projects. The individual will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee contractors and site supervisors, implement digital project management systems, and represent the company in client interactions.
This role requires someone with proven expertise in handling large-scale architecture and interior projects , the ability to spot risks early, and the discipline to maintain budgets and profitability.
Location
• Delhi/NCR (office base in Dwarka Sector 17 with project site travel as required)
Role Accountabilities
• Lead multiple architecture and interior projects from planning to handover.
• Ensure design intent from architects is executed with accuracy on site.
• Represent the company in client meetings , providing updates, addressing escalations, and building long-term trust.
• Supervise site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability with financial discipline.
• Implement and oversee digital project tracking tools (Zoho Projects, PowerPlay, Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project).
• Develop reporting systems, dashboards, and structured workflows for real-time visibility.
• Identify risks, delays, or deviations early and resolve proactively.
• Mentor junior project staff and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (mandatory).
• 12–18 years of professional experience in project management for architecture, interiors, or construction projects.
• Proven track record of managing multi-crore projects and multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to represent the company confidently.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Zoho Projects, PowerPlay, Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project).
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, vendor management, and project profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
