Job Description
Responsibilities
• Preparation of month on month and year-end financial reports
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly bank, expense and any ad-hoc MIS, as and when required
• Preparation of expense budget report and conduct budget vs. actual analysis
• Review and release online banking payments
• Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support
• Ensure all basic internal financial controls are in place to all financial transactions including appropriate safeguarding of assets
• Filing of all Direct & Indirect Tax Returns
• Timely filing of ROC returns and other compliance
• A good hand experience of handling Tax, Statutory and Internal audits
• Compliance with Local India Laws like Professional Tax, Gratuity, PF, ESIC etc.
• Oversee company Admin Activities
