Job Responsibilities
• Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment
• Use Apex, Visual Force, and Lightning Web Components to create and maintain unique solutions
• Develop solutions on the Force.com platform
• Understand business processes and translate them into technical tasks
• Review technical solutions with business stakeholders
• Execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definition in context of the Salesforce application
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Setup, configure and optimize the Salesforce solution
• Ensure that tasks are completed on-time
• Good Team player capable of delivering quality work, mentoring, and nurturing juniors in the team.
Skills & Experience Required
• 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Salesforce developer.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript (Lightning Aura & LWC).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices used in Apex and Visualforce.
• Certified Platform Developer I is a must and Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I and Adv Administrator are preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (creating WebServices & using REST/SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge on integration patterns.
• Multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
