Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Leader for one of our partnership schools based in Bradford. We are seeking and experienced Deputy Head Teacher with experience leading Behaviour and Safeguarding across the school. This is an Interim position starting ASAP on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year in July 2026.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about education have experience as a Deputy Head Teacher with relevant qualifications and possess strong leadership skills to guide the school towards academic excellence.
This is a GOOD school by Ofsted with an excellent leadership team who are looking to welcome a new leader with open arms who can improve and lead Behaviour and Safeguarding. This school has approximately 730 pupils and is part of a Multi-Academy Trust with a wealth of support and resources available.
The salary for this this role can be negotiated which will be dependent on applicants experience and pay scale level.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school with a lead in Behaviour and Safeguarding - Develop and implement educational policies and procedures- Manage school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and educational standards- Foster a positive learning environment for students- Engage with parents, students, and the community to enhance school relationships
Experience- Previous experience in an educational leadership role is essential- Ability to educate and inspire students, staff, and parents- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are advantageous
