Job Accountabilities:
• Identify and recommend top-tier Interior Design Consultants for luxury projects, ensuring alignment with project standards and expectations.
• Advise the Commercial Team to finalize consultant selections based on expertise and project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Interior Design consultants to monitor design deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Evaluate consultant performance, proactively addressing any delays and driving timely completion of all deliverables.
• Coordinate interior design efforts with all stakeholders (Interior Design Consultants, Project Execution Team) to ensure design intent is preserved through to project execution.
• Supervise the implementation of interior design work, ensuring it aligns with design intent and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Prepare and maintain timely Management Information System (MIS) reports to track project progress and updates.
• Standardize products and processes across various interior design stages to ensure consistency.
• Innovate on technical specifications, exploring alternative solutions, methods, and cost-effective options at each project stage to enhance delivery and achieve budget targets.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in technologies, materials, and products relevant to luxury interior design and architecture.
Expirence Requirements:
• 6+ Years experience as an Interior Designer.
• Comprehensive understanding of architectural principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, aesthetics, and best practices for high-end projects.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools and techniques to manage and oversee project designs effectively.
