Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Senior Designer in design discussions with clients and prepare meeting minutes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Contribute to 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, providing recommendations for enhancements and serving as a sounding board for the Senior Designer.
• Participate in site visits, data management, and file organization across HomeLane's technology systems.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, ensuring transparent and fair estimates for customers.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, building relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners to achieve excellent design outcomes.
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Hold a degree in design (B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Diploma in Design).
• Possess 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
• Have basic knowledge of modular furniture.
• Be proficient in SketchUp.
• Exhibit a great attitude and eagerness to learn.
