• Assist the Senior Designer:
Shadow design discussions with clients, prepare meeting minutes, and track project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to 3D Designs:
Use SpaceCraft (HomeLane Software) and Sketchup to assist the Senior Designer in creating designs; recommend enhancements and provide feedback.
• Support Site Visits:
Be available for site visits, masking with the Senior Designer; manage files across HomeLane tech systems.
• Assist in Proposal Creation:
Help the Senior Designer create commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools; validate quotes to ensure transparency and fairness.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders:
Work with various teams, including sales, drawing QC, project management, and planners, to achieve a great design outcome.
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Education Background:
B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Diploma in Design.
• Experience:
0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills, basic knowledge of Modular furniture, practical knowledge of SketchUp, and a positive attitude.
