We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Design Consultant to join our team. As an Interior Design Consultant, you will work with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and provide expert guidance and advice to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss design goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site analyses and assessments to determine design requirements
- Develop and present design concepts, including 2D and 3D renderings
- Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture
- Create detailed design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is met
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in interior design consulting
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
