Design Director - Residential Projects
We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our residential design projects and deliver exceptional results. As the Design Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive design solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive design solutions for residential projects
• Collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences
• Analyze sales reports and project timelines to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and design execution
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputable institution
• Proven experience in site work and ability to install proposed designs with minimal hassle
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Google Sketchup software
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of local language desirable
