Job Description
• Leading the design team and managing all design projects from concept to delivery
• Developing innovative design strategies that align with the company's business goals
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure design concepts meet client needs and budget
• Presenting design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and clients
• Ensuring all design projects adhere to company guidelines and quality standards
• Keeping up-to-date with latest design trends and technologies in the property industry
• Overseeing hiring, training, and development of the design team
• Facilitating communication between the design team and other departments within the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interior Design Head should have:
• B.Arch Degree is mandatory. Masters will be preferred
• 8-15 years of experience in interior design role for luxury residential and hospitality space
• Candidates from luxury residential/hospitality experience preferred. Only Commercial experience will not work
• Proven experience in leading a design team
• Strong knowledge of design software and technologies
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback
