Job description, work day and responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and experienced senior interior designer to join our team.

You will be working across an exciting and dynamic portfolio of multi residential, workspace, residential, university, school, public and community projects, bringing strong communication skills and team leading ability.

JCB’s purpose is to listen, learn and make. Our approach is defined by a respect for context, culture, rigour, and intelligent design.

We’re keenly invested in sustainable and Indigenous-led design.

What we are looking for:
Design leadership in Multi Residential and Residential projects
15+ years’ experience
Leading bids
Participation in Business Development / Public Speaking
Larger project experience
Experience leading a team of interior designers across various projects
