Interior Design Manager
Critical role responsible for leading a team of designers and design partners to achieve sales targets, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance design partner conversion, increase sales, and improve overall performance.
• Mentor and coach internal team members to optimize their skills, productivity, and job satisfaction.
• Work closely with the central design team to incorporate client feedback, suggest process improvements, and introduce product innovations.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless customer deliverables and meet expectations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, with expertise in people management and communication.
