Job Description
The ideal candidate for this Corporate Architect position will possess a deep understanding of the design process, from concept to completion. Strong expertise in design and build corporate interior projects is essential for success.
Key Accountabilities
• Create bespoke fit-out/layout plans that meet client requirements.
• Select materials and develop mood boards that reflect project objectives.
• Produce precise GFC drawings that are compliant with industry standards.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Work collaboratively with MEP and vendor teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand BOQs and material costs to ensure project budgets are met.
Essential Qualifications
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, and MS PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch).
• At least 4 years of experience in design with office/corporate interior work.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end design projects.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in corporate interiors/commercial interiors is mandatory.
• Able to balance creativity with client needs and timelines.
