The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset with technical expertise in space planning, visualization, and cost estimation. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality 3D interior visualizations using industry-standard tools.
Work on space planning, conceptual design, and mood boards.
Create and manage detailed interior models in Revit , including furniture layouts, lighting, materials, and finishes.
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations for interior projects.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technology in the field of interior architecture.
Requirements: Proven experience in 3D interior design and visualization.
Proficiency in Revit is a must.
Knowledge of additional tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max is a plus.
Strong understanding of interior materials, textures, and finishes.
Ability to read and create construction drawings and estimation sheets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferred Qualities: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
A proactive and collaborative approach to projects.
