Interior Design Trainer ( Full Time)
Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge and proficiency of software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3Ds MAX, Auto CAD 2D & Auto CAD 3D.
• Skills in Introduction to Architectural Representation, Landscape design, Communication, Ability and interest for teaching and research, Creative and conceptual skills, Curriculum and programmes development skill, Building services, Interior Detailing, Entrepreneurship, Project management, Studio Project for Service Industry space design.
• To create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered
• Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes basis past classroom experiences
• To be able to customise and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic.
• 2-3 years of experience in Interior Designing preferably through working in educational institute
• Identify, choose and implement different teaching methods for all students with various educational backgrounds.
• Being Creative and Responsible, Demonstrating Self – motivation and Taking Initiative.
• Delivering highly interactive lectures that are Online or Offline with current standards of industrial training
Other Day to Day Responsibilities:
• To be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the Interior space to be able to provide the right references in class.
• Helping students for portfolio Creation.
• Work with colleagues to develop or modify the curriculum.
• Stay informed about changes and innovations in their field.
• Conduct research and experiments to advance knowledge in their field.
• To create and evaluate MCQs, Pre, and Post-test to measure the impact of courses delivered.
• To maintain appropriate records of classroom training delivered and new resources created.
Education
• Any graduate or Post Graduate – BArch / M.Arch or MSC in interior Desiging.
