We are looking for a creative and experienced Visualizer cum 3D Interior Designer and 2D Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional interior designs for commercial and residential projects.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR VISUALIZER AND 3D INTERIOR DESIGNER
• Develop and present creative and innovative design concepts for interior spaces, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Utilize AutoCAD 3D + Ray to create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to create photorealistic images and visualizations of design concepts.
• Work collaboratively with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet their needs and requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Utilise 2D CAD software to produce designs and drawings.
• Produce accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for construction documentation.
• Create detailed 2D drawings, plans, and blueprints for interior design projects.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related documents, such as drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Visit job sites to take measurements and prepare preliminary sketches.
• Create detailed drawings of custom furniture pieces, working closely with the carpentry or millwork team.
• Work with project managers to maintain project schedules and deadlines.
• Work with the project manager to prepare cost estimates for materials and labor, as well as prepare material specifications for the project.
• Attend project meetings with the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to review progress and provide input.
• Continuously develop your technical skills to remain up-to-date with the latest drafting software and techniques.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members on drafting and design issues.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR VISUALIZER AND 3D INTERIOR DESIGNER
• Strong knowledge and experience using 3D Max + Vray, Corona, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with other design software, such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Strong understanding of safety, building codes, and accessibility standards.
• Proficient in using 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
• Knowledge of other interior design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
