As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Interior Designer Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and our design team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of interior design projects, including site visits, design development, and project execution.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that design concepts are successfully translated into real-world spaces.
Supervise and lead on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address their questions and concerns.
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and vendors as necessary.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience in interior design project management and site supervision.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
