Design Conceptualization: Develop and present innovative design concepts that align with client needs and company standards in the furniture and furnishing industry.
Space Planning and Layout: Create detailed space layouts that maximize functionality while adhering to design principles and best practices.
Client Consultation: Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints, and translate them into viable designs.
Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, furniture, and accessories that meet the project's aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.
Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of design projects, coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
Software Proficiency: 3ds Max, SketchUp
Key Requirements
Experience: 1-4 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the furniture and furnishing sector.
Education: Graduate in Architectural or a relevant degree in interior design or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or diploma in interior design
Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
