Position Overview

The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and executing construction or design projects from conception to completion. This individual will be responsible for the overall supervision of the site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery, while also taking the lead in creating and updating SketchUp 3D models, and managing billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Overall Site Supervision:

· Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve any issues.

· Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on site.

· Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.

· Conduct site inspections to identify and address potential risks or delays.

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

SketchUp 3D Modeling:

Develop, maintain, and update detailed 3D models of projects using SketchUp software.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to translate concepts and plans into accurate models.

Generate visual presentations and walkthroughs for client meetings and project reviews.

Make revisions to models based on feedback and changes in design.

Ensure all digital documentation is organized and up-to-date.

Billing and Documentation:

Prepare project billing schedules and generate invoices in a timely manner.

Track project costs, monitor budgets, and ensure accurate record-keeping of expenditures.

Coordinate with accounts and finance teams to process payments and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of contracts, bills, and correspondence related to billing.

Assist in project estimation and tender documentation as required.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience in site supervision within the construction or design industry.

· Proficiency in SketchUp and other relevant 3D modeling software.

· Strong understanding of project billing, estimation, and documentation processes.

· Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

· Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction environments.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of additional design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion).

· Experience in client liaison and stakeholder management.

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Certification in site supervision or project management (desirable but not mandatory).

Work Environment

· Based on-site with regular office-based meetings.

· May require occasional travel to other project locations.

· Must be willing to work flexible hours as per project needs.
