As an Interior Designer at WELLMAKE DECORS, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative interior spaces that inspire and delight. Collaborating closely with clients and colleagues, you will leverage your creativity and technical skills to transform visions into reality. From initial client meetings to project completion, you will be involved in every stage of the design process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop concept designs, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design proposals effectively.
Create detailed interior plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, and material specifications.
Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with project goals and design aesthetics.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project implementation and ensure quality craftsmanship.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation and expertise.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Candidate must have 1-1.6 years Proven experience in interior design industry or Company, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Freshers Applications not Acceptable
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. V-ray or Escape (Lumion not acceptable)
Experience in Cabinet Vision Software added plus point
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Professional certification or licensure (optional but preferred).
