Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
Work with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for projects.
Develop design concepts and presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories that meet design requirements and budget constraints.
Project Management:
Oversee and manage all phases of design projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other vendors to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
Prepare and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope.
Client Interaction:
Conduct client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and project progress.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
Adjust design concepts based on client feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
Documentation and Administration:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, project plans, and change orders.
Ensure all design plans comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Track and manage project expenses, invoices, and payments.

Pay: ₹11,55+.16 - ₹25,000.00 per month
