Key Responsibilities:
For All Levels:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and construction documentation.
- Utilize design software to create detailed 2D and 3D visualizations.
- Create mood boards and visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and accessibility requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and integrate them into projects.
- Travel as needed to present designs and meet with clients.
Responsibilities for Junior Designers:
- Assist in developing technical detailing for both new construction and renovation projects.
- Provide support in preparing project timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within project team.
- Lead client meetings to understand and interpret their requirements.
- Develop strategic design plans and creative visions to pitch to clients.
- Supervise design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed design documentation and specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collect client feedback and make necessary design alterations.
- Provide post-project support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Should be expertise in 2D and 3D software.
- Should be expertise in designing interior and exterior as well.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a Diploma in Interior Design.
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, 3Ds Max, and Enscape.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design and technical detailing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work professionally and meet deadlines.
