They specialize in providing high-quality tile and mosaic products for residential and commercial spaces. Position Overview:This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Antica Ceramica in New Delhi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks such as space planning, creating construction drawings, implementing interior design concepts, selecting fixtures/furniture/equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with architects on design projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for design projects. Provide expert advice and guidance on design options and materials.
• Design Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, and space plans using design software and hand-drawing techniques. Develop detailed design proposals and presentations.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of design projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of design solutions.
• Material and Furniture Selection: Research and recommend materials, furniture, and decor items. Source and order products, and manage delivery and installation.
• Space Planning: Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts that maximize space usage and enhance the overall environment.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets. Track expenses and ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: [X] years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and project types.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and color theory. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to translate client needs and preference into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Attention to details: Exceptional attention to details and accuracy in design and documentation.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skill with the ability to manage multiple project and meet deadlines.
