Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and decorating interior spaces for residential, commercial. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the design vision is executed and meets functional, aesthetic, and budgetary needs.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, and preferences for the space.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on design concepts.
Design Development:
• Create mood boards, sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D visualizations to present design ideas.
• Develop detailed drawings for construction and layout purposes.
Material Selection:
• Research and select appropriate materials, fabrics, furniture, and accessories based on the design theme, durability, and budget.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to procure furniture, materials, and decor.
• Work with contractors to ensure that the design is executed accurately and to the highest standards.
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the design process.
• Provide after-care support and adjustments to designs if necessary.
Sustainability Focus:
• Promote sustainable design practices by using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Certification would be a plus.
• Experience of minimum 3 years.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time Management to deliver the projects.
• Should be updated with industry trends.
• Candidate based in Ahmedabad would be preferred.
• Immediate joining would be an advantage.
