Job description
We are seeking a talented and creative female Interior Designer with over a year of experience or a recent graduate to join our team at the Brookfield branch in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray, and will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior design projects. The position requires working on weekends with Tuesday as the weekly off day.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients.
• Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
• Produce 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and V-Ray.
• Select materials, furniture, and decor to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in interior design.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design or a recent graduate with relevant skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
• Familiarity with other design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of sustainable design practices.
