Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer with a strong background in commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and 3D rendering tools, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing commercial spaces such as offices, retail outlets, showrooms, or hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts for commercial projects.
Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Produce realistic 3D visualizations and renders to communicate design intent.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and brand identity.
Source and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes suitable for commercial use.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery.
Conduct site visits and supervise implementation to maintain design standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, and at least one 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion).
Strong design sensibility and a portfolio demonstrating commercial interiors.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
