Job Description
We are a small Retail Design Focus Studio, based in South Melbourne and established in 2003.
We predominantly specialize in Retail & Hospitality projects. We work with many renowned global & national retailers, as well as bespoke one-off projects.
Current emphasis is on Food Retail i.e. ne McDonalds, GYG, Oporto, Schnitz, Nando’s, Wendy's, El Jannah and Retail clients Timezone, Zone Bowling, SCR and BCF
The documenter will report to and interface collaboratively with the Brand Manager, and will be responsible for:
Controlling design aesthetics and working collaboratively with our broad & enthusiastic team.
Concept design development and tender sets of retail & hospitality interiors / mood boards etc.
Documentation of retail & hospitality interiors
The role is one that is incredibly varied and will ideally suit an individual that:
Enjoys working on both concept and documentation work
Ability to interact, engage and build strong relationships with the team
Will be responsible for delivery of projects from concept sets to completion,
The role is full-time.

Is a great team player with sound technical / buildability acumen
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 year completed of local experience in interior design documentation with a focus on hospitality / retail projects
Experienced with strong Revit skills, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Rhino
Good understanding of BCA / DDA statutory compliances
Strong initiative, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and design sensibilities & attention to detail
