Interior Designer
Full-Time | In-Person

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming spaces into functional, beautiful environments and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients, project managers, and trades to bring concepts to life—from initial vision through to final installation. If you have a strong design eye, technical expertise, and a drive to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and project goals
Develop comprehensive design concepts including layouts, colour palettes, finishes, and furnishings
Produce detailed drawings and visual presentations using design software
Create compelling visual materials (renderings, graphics, and presentations) to communicate ideas effectively
Conduct site visits to measure, assess, and ensure design intent is executed accurately
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high design standards
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and emerging design technologies
What You Bring
Proven experience in interior design or a related field
Strong proficiency in design software (CAD required; experience with Mozaik, E-Cabinets and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset)
A well-developed portfolio showcasing your design work and creative process
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
