REDO is a design build general contractor primarily focused on residential gut renovations in Manhattan. We are looking for a seasoned interior designer who is very skilled at designing full gut interior residential renovations in detail and strong knowledge of product selection, kitchen and bathroom design. Working with demanding clientele, who isn"t demanding in NYC, on designing their dream apartment within their given budget. Knowledge of preparing full set of plans for both building review and DOB submission with architects approval a MUST. We are not focused on web business but referrals from RE brokers and previous clients. MUST have CAD and 20/20 kitchen design, SKETCH IT software experience. The right candidate will have worked for another design build GC and or interior design/architectural firm and or kitchen and bath company. MUST be a self starter as this is a new position The possibilities are endless for the right candidate to grow as business grows and be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
We are opening an UES showroom of which you will be based out of.
