• Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Design and develop interior spaces, including floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections.
2. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
3. Space Planning: Plan and layout interior spaces to maximize functionality and efficiency.
4. Material Selection: Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture for interior spaces.
5. Colour Scheme Development: Develop colour schemes and palettes for interior spaces.
6. Lighting Design: Design and specify lighting systems for interior spaces.
7. Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Establish and manage budgets and estimate costs for interior design projects.
8. Project Management: Manage interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
10. Stay Current with Design Trends: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
11. Inside Sales, Store sales, & Client visit.
• Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in interior design: Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
2. Interior Design Experience: At least 0-1 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a design firm or architecture office.
3. Design Skills: Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
