Job Title: Interior Designer
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Interior Design, preferably from a reputed interior design firm
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading diverse design projects, managing teams, and ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence and client satisfaction.
You should have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality design, with a proven track record of handling complex projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
✅ Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
✅ Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders
✅ Prepare detailed design drawings, construction documentation, and specifications for materials and finishes
✅ Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure project profitability
✅ Mentor and oversee junior designers, ensuring delivery of high-quality design work
✅ Stay updated with latest design trends, innovative solutions, and emerging technologies
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships; actively participate in business development
Candidate Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
✔ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design (preferably with a top design firm)
✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors
✔ Exceptional design skills with attention to detail in color, materials, lighting, and space planning
✔ Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other relevant tools
✔ Knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and technical standards
✔ Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills
✔ Strong leadership abilities to manage design teams and mentor junior staff
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
Pay Range: ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
