• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and interpret client preferences and requirements
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and current interior design trends
• Prior experience in the home interiors industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field
