Location: Osm Interiors and Architecture, Hyderabad
Job Purpose and Scope:
To generate new business and execute designs of internal spaces, including furnishings, fixtures, fittings, lighting, and color schemes to the customers of commercial and residential projects.
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Advising client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or
equipment, and color coordination.
2. Preparing layout plans and shop drawings.
3. Preparing conceptional presentations including Moodboards prior to client meetings.
4. Preparing perspective freehand sketching for projects.
5. Creating 3d renders using our existing kitchen software and optional visualizing software such as SketchUp, 3DS Max and Photoshop.
6. Using computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents (MEP drawings).
7. Preparing presentation boards.
8. Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.
+. Preparing quotations and any related documents.
10. Procuring and maintaining samples from local suppliers.
11. Site supervision/attending site meetings.
12. Any other responsibilities as envisaged by the line
manager from time to time.
13. Create, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
14 . Meeting clients as directed by line Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Experience in Interior Design preferred
2. Preferred Experience in designing kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms
3. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
4. Preferred knowledge in 3ds max, Sketchup, and Photoshop
5. Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English fluent a must.
