Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Design Intern to join our event design firm. In this role, you will actively contribute to the development and execution of innovative interior design solutions for a range of events. This internship offers valuable, hands-on experience in design planning, client collaboration, and project management. You will be involved in creating mood boards, sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with event installations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop event layouts.
•Assist in selecting and sourcing materials, furniture, and décor items.
•Create design mock-ups, mood boards, and presentations.
•Participate in site visits and support on-site setup and installation.
•Maintain organized design documentation and project files.
Qualifications:
•Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design or a related field.
•Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
•Strong hand sketching skills, with experience in 2D and 3D design.
•Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
•A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Duration:
Internship duration:3 months | Immediately
