Magari & Yavanika are currently present in Bangalore and Hyderabad with each store being over 10,000 sqft and are going to continue to expand its presence across the country. Magari currently retails Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes and also has Fabric & Furnishings in its stores retailed under the name of Yavanika.
Treelight Design is amongst the leading Architecture & Interior Design firms in the country who`s projects range across residential, commercial, hospitality, F&B, and retail.
We are looking for a dynamic Interior Design Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up, and a passion for the latest trends in interior design. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of medium-complexity interior design projects, from concept development to client presentation, while working closely with senior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating interior design sketches and floor plans.
Help with selecting paints, fabrics, and colour palettes for projects.
Contribute to the selection of furniture, artwork, and accessories.
Coordinate signage packages for projects.
Assist senior designers with home interior design, remodelling, and new home construction projects.
Use AutoCAD and Sketch Up for design documentation and presentations.
Help with space planning and ensure design accuracy.
Work with consultants, fabricators, and other teams to meet project goals.
Stay updated on design trends and share knowledge with the team.
Assist with managing project communication and client expectations.
Participate in office learning activities and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
Knowledge of the design process and project management.
Attention to detail and quality.
Good understanding of space planning and design principles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Currently studying or recently graduated in Interior Design or a related field.
Interest in corporate workplace interior design.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
