Job Description
• To control project right from the planning stage till the completion of project to ensure innovative, functional & user-friendly design.
• Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Compile project specifications
• Can work on estimation & project scheduling
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Can do regular site visits to check on project status and report on project
Requirements:-
Female candidate will be preferred.
Ø Calculation of input Raw materials according to designs/structure.
Ø Coordination of supply of input materials.
Ø 3D designs preparation - interior and exterior
Ø Work status follow up - Remote and at construction site.
Ø Verification of work according to design plans.
Ø Should be well versed with sketch up.
Ø Vendors showrooms, workshop visit and material selection.
Qualification:-
Any degree/Diploma (architect background will be preferred)
Exp- 1 to 5 years or Worked as freelance architect / interior designer.
