As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Design and Conceptualization:
• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for new properties.
• Ensure designs align with Spacez's brand aesthetics and the luxurious experience we promise our clients.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and partners to source high-quality materials and furnishings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and adherence to project timelines.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the implementation of interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure timely project delivery.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality standards are met.
• Address and resolve any design-related issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
• Continuously seek out new ideas and innovations to incorporate into Spacez properties.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in interior design, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Proven experience in managing and executing high-end interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces.
