Job description
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the design team to create innovate & functional design.
• Assist in the production of architectural working drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Prepare and present design concepts and design concepts and ideas to clients.
• Research and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects.
• Participate in project meetings and site visits.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents with vendors.
• Work Collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and other professionals involved in the Project.

Qualifications
• Enrolled and accredited architecture program or recently graduated.
• Strong design Skills and passion for architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software(lumion,enscape,Vray)
• Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work in Team Environment.
