Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop design concepts that meet their requirements. Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using software such as Revit, 3ds Max, CAD, Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories for each project
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans
- Oversee the installation of design elements and provide guidance to ensure adherence to the design concept
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion & Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong project management skills
